Technical patternmaking
Blocks, darts, seam allowances and fabric yield generated as structured data, not as drawings on paper.
Hanan Sartorial S.A.C. digitizes technical patternmaking, colorimetric calibration from screen to fabric, DTF and sublimation printing, and industrial embroidery — converting natural-language orders into production-ready specifications for our Taller Hanan atelier in Cusco, Peru.
“I need a midnight navy three-piece suit for a 1.81 m client — structured shoulders, peak lapels, sport-elegante drape — plus 60 sublimated technical jackets with our palette #0B0C10 and #D4AF37.”
Interface simulation rendered in the browser.
Blocks, darts, seam allowances and fabric yield generated as structured data, not as drawings on paper.
Palette values mapped to ink curves and press parameters before any film or garment is committed.
Stitch count, density, underlay and stabiliser resolved as a file the machine can run directly.
Custom tailoring and short-run textile manufacturing have resisted industrialisation for a century — not because the craft cannot be taught, but because the information around it was never captured.
Every order arrives as a conversation. Turning “slim but not tight” into a pattern block, a fabric consumption and a cutting plan is tacit knowledge held by one person, repeated by hand, order after order.
A wrong colour profile or an excessive stitch density is not discovered on screen. It is discovered once the film, the thread and the garments are already spent — and the workshop absorbs the loss.
Decades of corrections live in the heads of master tailors and machine operators. Nothing writes them down, so every workshop relearns the same lessons at its own expense.
We are building the layer that holds all three — so the craft compounds instead of resetting.
Each one removes a bottleneck named above: interpretation, technical validation, and the knowledge of the shop floor.
Transforms natural-language requests and anthropometric profiles into normalised CAD pattern blocks, seam allowances, fabric consumption tables and sequenced cutting instructions.
Closes the gap between the screen and the printed fabric for sublimation, DTF batches and multi-head embroidery matrices — before any material is consumed.
A bilingual technical assistant for master tailors and operators, grounded in our Supabase knowledge base: pattern history, fabric shrinkage, thermal parameters and past corrections.
Write an order the way a client would write it — in English or Spanish — and the engine parses it, derives the pattern, colour and machine parameters, and returns the production specification. Edit the text and run it again: the output changes with it.
Our platform did not begin as a pitch deck. It began as “Taller Hanan”, the internal Supabase project deployed to run the atelier itself — the system of record for patterns, clients, measurements, fabrics and machine parameters.
Rather than rebuild from zero we promoted that project to the platform's data backbone. Its relational schema, row-level security policies and realtime channels now serve the AI microservices directly, so every model call is grounded in operational data rather than synthetic fixtures.
Design principle: the AI layer never owns state. Claude reasons; Supabase remembers. Every generated specification is written back as a versioned, auditable record that a master tailor can approve, amend or reject.
High-contrast interfaces for patternmakers, colourists and executives: inspect orders, approve tolerances and watch the production queue in real time.
Stateless inference pipelines on Edge Functions: anthropometric pattern logic, RGB-to-fabric colour translation and retrieval-augmented technical assistance. Structured outputs are schema-validated before they persist.
Central persistence for client measurements, CAD pattern versions, sublimation ICC profiles, embroidery DST files and operator feedback loops — with authentication, row-level security and realtime channels.
Where software meets fabric: cutting and tailoring, DTF and sublimation transfer, industrial embroidery and quality control — each station closing the loop by writing its result back into the database.
A founding team uniting cloud software architecture, AI orchestration and sartorial direction — the engineering and the atelier under one roof.
Leads the company's cloud infrastructure on Supabase, the Claude API integration, colorimetric calibration systems and the automation of technical patternmaking. Directs corporate strategy and software engineering.
Directs sartorial operations, garment construction and quality control at Taller Hanan. She establishes the textile tolerances that every generated specification must satisfy before production begins.
